3. Order and payment
Any order is firm and final upon validation of full payment on www.aymiramoda.com. Payment constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Secure payment: All transactions are processed via our secure payment processor. The customer accepts that payments are processed securely and waives any subsequent dispute related to the secure payment process.
Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email after payment.
Anti-chargeback clause: The customer undertakes to contact AYMIRA MODA for any claim before initiating any chargeback procedure. AYMIRA MODA reserves the right to provide all proof of delivery to our payment processor to contest any unjustified chargeback.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered by:
- Order tracking via email with tracking number.
- WhatsApp updates for immediate and personalized tracking.
- SMS delivery notifications.
Free delivery within 2-3 business days for all orders.
Careful packaging and optimal item protection.
Home delivery or pickup point according to your choice.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left to arrange redelivery.
Customer has 15 days to collect package from pickup point.
Signature or personal delivery constitutes proof of complete delivery.
All packages are shipped in secure, branded packaging.
5. Returns and exchanges
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days to return an unworn item with tags.
- Exchanges: possibility to exchange an item for another size or color within 30 days.
- Free returns: return costs covered by AYMIRA MODA.
- Refund: processed within 7 business days after receipt of return.
- Defective items: immediate replacement or full refund.
- Customer satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any quality concerns.
6. Intellectual property and authenticity
All products sold are authentic and come directly from brands or authorized distributors. Brands, logos and trade names remain the property of their respective owners. AYMIRA MODA guarantees the authenticity of all items sold.
7. Responsibility
The customer agrees to verify the size, color and style of ordered items. AYMIRA MODA makes every effort to faithfully present products but slight color variations may occur depending on the screen used. In case of manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged or refunded.
8. Disputes
No refund will be made after order validation. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Istanbul Çağlayan Courthouse, Turkey.
Before any legal proceedings, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. In case of failure, an independent mediator may be appointed before court proceedings.
9. Specific provisions for clothing and accessories
The customer acknowledges that clothing items are physical goods subject to our return policy. Sizes may vary by brand. It is recommended to consult the size guide before purchase. For any doubt, our customer service is available to provide specialized advice for our female customers.
